Shipping and Processing

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders over €30.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return Conditions

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Include all original labels, tags, and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

For hygiene reasons, certain opened or worn items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or not as described.

Free Returns

Eligible returns are free of charge. Before sending an item back, please contact our customer support team to receive return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are refundable only when required by applicable law or when the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
